Pocket Living builds homes for Londoners who want to live and work in the city. Having had a new logo and guidelines created in 2013, we were tasked with developing the visual identity to make real and practical tools to help them market their new homes.

Over the past six years we have brought the identity to life through a multitude of business applications, from stationery templates, b2b and consumer marketing literature, homeowner guides, exhibition materials, property brochures, infographics and location photography.

We have also designed their responsive online homeowner portal ‘My Pocket’ which new homeowners can use to manage all aspects related to their home. We’ve created investment documents that facilitated Pocket in gaining millions of pounds of investment in the business. We’ve created advertising, for print and digital applications; banner ads, tube ads, billboard ads and site hoardings.

With a little help from us, Pocket won a top award at Property Marketing Awards in 2016.
