
We created marketing materials for Pocket Living, a London based designer-builder. Pocket Living builds homes for Londoners who want to live and work in the city. Having had a new logo and guidelines created in 2013, we were tasked with developing the visual identity to make real and practical tools to help Pocket market their new homes. Over a period of seven years we’ve brought their brand to life through a multitude of business applications, from stationery templates, b2b and consumer marketing literature, homeowner guides, exhibition materials, property brochures, infographics and location photography. We designed their responsive online homeowner portal ‘My Pocket’ which homeowners can use to manage aspects related to their new home. We’ve created investment documents that facilitated Pocket in gaining huge investment in the business. We’ve created advertising, for print and digital applications; banner ads, tube ads, billboard ads and site hoardings. With a little help from us, Pocket won a top award at Property Marketing Awards in 2016.
