A typography book about World Cup moments. PlayerType is an exploration of the football World Cup. From the Milla dance and Gazza’s tears, to Rijkaard’s flob and Suarez’s chomp, PlayerType captures thirty unforgettable World Cup moments. We created a series of 30 typographic designs, based on 30 unique and special moments from World Cup history in the run-up to the 2018 football World Cup. The book is 64 pages, A3 in size and loose-leaf. The cover is printed on Canford Dresden Yellow and the text is printed on Fedrigoni X-PER 140gsm. D&AD Shortlisted for typography book design.
